Eesmärk
24-hour follow-up of a user living in a flat at the user's disposal. The institution identifies the user's challenges and facilitates activities, coping ability, user participation and care, with the aim of giving the user its own place to flat and the ability to living at home.
The contracting authority period is from 01.05.2022 to 31.1.2023
