Norsk Tipping needs to enter into framework agreements for follow-up of physical trade/distributors. The delivery areas that must be covered are in-store sales services, mystery shopper and telephone follow-up of the sales locations.
The Mystery shopper supplier is not allowed to deliver in-store sales services or telephone follow-up.
