Eesmärk
UiO currently has a Nikon Metrology XT H 225 ST microfocus-CT that was procured in 2013.
UiO c/o NHM needs to:
1) Scan physically larger objects than what UiO can currently manage (this has, amongst other things, been critical now when documenting the viking ship find at Gjellestad)
2) Scan quicker than what we can currently manage
(scans that before have taken several days can now be carried out in a couple of hours, this will increase production dramatically).
3) Give higher resolution and more sensitivity that what we currently have.
