Eesmärk
The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with a consultant manager for management of resources for consultancy assistance and assignments, primarily in IT. The contract will ensure that Skatteetaten [the Norwegian Tax Administration] gets access to capacity and expertise for development assignments.
The framework agreement for consultant management will be a supplement to the framework agreements for consultancy services entered into with suppliers within 14 sub-areas.
