Eesmärk
The contest is for a framework agreement for plumbing services and material.
The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. The need is uncertain. Previously, the contracting authority has procured plumbing services for approx. NOK 1 000 000-2 000 000 excluding VAT a year in the last 3 years. The volume can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, amongst other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors in the contract period.
