Hanke lühikirjeldus
Tromsø kommune (Tromsø Municipality) will enter into framework agreements for legal services.
The framework agreement is divided into two lots:
— Lot I: Administrative law, labour legislation, law of torts and damages;
— Lot II: Contract law, real estate, public procurements, competition law.
Combined estimated volume for both lots: NOK 3 300 000 excluding VAT.
Combined maximum volume for both lots: NOK 4 290 000 excluding VAT.
