Rogaland fylkeskommune (Rogaland County) needs to enter into a contract with contractors in order to implement the project Fv. (County Road) 47 Karmsundgata Opel junction — Storasund junction. The contract work includes expansion of Fv. 47 Karmsundsgata from two to four driving lanes for vehicle traffic, as well as establishing a bicycle path with footpath along the stretch and two new footbridges over the road.
