Eesmärk
The tender contest is for a framework agreement for licence management of Microsoft products.
The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. The need is uncertain. Previously the contracting authority has bought licences and management services for approx. NOK 1 500 000 excluding VAT a year for the last 4 years. The volume can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, amongst other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors in the contract period.
