Eesmärk
On behalf of Viken Fylkeskommune (Viken County) and municipalities, a framework agreement will be entered into for bicycles with electrical power assistance. The contract duration is 2 years with an option for a further 2 years. Triggered for 1 year at a time, 1 year + 1 year.
