Eesmärk
Rogaland County intends to procure a new tool for preparing budgets and publications. The tool must support the county's requirement for digitalisation and it must give gains in work processes and efficiency, and it must be possible to integrate it with the current finance system Unit4 ERP. There is a need for a tool with the following functionality as an addition to the ERP system:
• give system and process support in work on the finance plan, the annual budget and climate budget at different levels in the organisation, including political level;
• handle the registration of measures and the priorities of relevant measures;
• give good version and framework control of the entire process;
• give a final result in the form of a digital document with a number part, including obligatory overviews and a text part;
• make the finance plan more available and user friendly — must include a system for publication on the internet;
• able to transfer data between the tool and the ERP system (Unit4 ERP).
