Eesmärk
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest for the procurement of research and development services connected to Norwegian foreign policy and development policy. UD is responsible for and needs research based knowledge in its field. In addition to long term research projects, which are normally initiated through the Research Council of Norway, there is a need for more short term, assignment based research (entity that obtains new knowledge) and development (processing, facilitation, and practical use of established knowledge) on prioritised themed areas connected to foreign policy and development policy.
A total of 9 framework agreements are announced, for which parallel framework agreements can be entered into with up to 3 tenderers for individual framework agreements. A total of 27 framework agreemetns can be signed.
