Hanke lühikirjeldus
The object of the tender is a complete AFM with standard topography imaging modes and advanced measurement modes for mechanical, thermal and electrical properties. The AFM must have 3D Scanning system for high resolution scanning and automated scan control. The AFM must be able to measure large samples (min 200 x 200 x 20 mm^3). The AFM must include PC and software, and mandatory accessories needed to start measurements.
