Eesmärk
The need for a system that cuts the time used on case management and that creates a better overview, accuracy and control of work done on the pipeline network and sanitary installations has increased in recent years.
It is a prerequisite for the new system that all processes are digitalised. The new system will function by contractors having access to submit an application with direct sketches in the pipeline network/property, simpler completion of the equipment list, etc. The digital system gives applicants more help to fill in all the information that is required for the municipal engineering department to process the application. This will lead to more complete applications and better possibilities for applicants to orientate themselves about current requirements. This will also free up resources in the municipality and simplify case management.
