Eesmärk
The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement for mobile telephone services The objective of the tender competition is to have an efficient and operational system for mobile telephony and accompanying services:
— mobile subscriptions,
— speech, SMS, MMS, data roaming,
— SIM cards, including data cards and twin cards,
— system for switchboard,
— mobile switchboard,
— M2M subscriptions.
A contract shall be entered for 2 years. Option for 1 + 1 + 1 year extension. Scheduled start of contract is 19.8.2019. The estimated contract value is approx. 3 000 000 NOK-4 000 000 NOK excluding VAT. All the estimates are given according to the contracting authority's best knowledge for the contract period and are not intended as a upper or lower limit for what can be taken out during the framework agreement.
