At certain occasions the contracting authority has a need to charter aircrafts. The requirements is mostly in connection with large deportations from Norway, where scheduled flights are considered unsuitable. The chartering of aircrafts must cover the Norwegian police's always prevailing needs for flights. The chartered flights will include domestic and international flights.
