Eesmärk
The aim of the procurement is to establish a Framework Agreement for legal services for the Contracting Authority.
The procurement will be legal assistance within the following:
— public procurement law and competition law,
— contract law,
— minor needs within other fields (European procurement law (directive), company law, IPR, etc.).
Legal assistance with public procurements particularly applies to ICT procurements.
