The objective of the procurement and competition is to enter into a contract with a service provider of temporary staff services for Kompetanse Norge [Competence Norway] in Oslo. The contracting authority has a need for temporary staff services during illness, leave of absence, holidays, periodic increases in workload, and for special ad-hoc assignments. The assignments will be of varying length. The procurement must cover the contracting authority's need for temporary staff services.
