Sølvsuper Health and Welfare Centre is focused on having a good environmental profile and presents as a vibrant centre that includes and prevents on different levels. The centre has 80 bed places distributed over 5 departments: — 2 short-term departments, — 1 department for long-term places, — 1 for palliative treatment, and, — 1 department for children/youth with multiple disabilities. The catering activity at the centre shall include cafe and canteen operation directed at the users and employees in the building. Furthermore, there shall be an offer to the local community. In consideration of rational coordination of operation and facilities, it is appropriate to have a combined delivery of these services from a single service provider. The contract has a fixed 2 year term, with an option on 1 year + 1 year. The contract is awarded in accordance with the public procurement regulations PPR § 18-3 [FOA § 18-3]. Bodø Kommune intends to enter into a contract for operation of catering activities at Sølvsuper Health and Welfare Centre with Elite Service Partner. Elite will operate the catering activity without operational support. The decision is based on previous data. The tender was published 4 years ago, with very little response from the market, and no tenderers registered their interest. The objective of the prior information notice is to give the market the possibility of contacting the contracting authority prior to signing of the contract if they believe the evaluation is incorrect.
