Københavns Universitet Nørregade 10 København K 1017 Caroline Volf +45 35333391 caroline.volf@adm.ku.dk www.oko.ku.dk University Acquisition of an 8900 ICP-MS to PLEN/Section of Plant and Soil, University of Copenhagen 043-0305-18-7000 The Plant and Soil Science Section embrace research groups in plant breeding, plant nutrition, and soil fertility. Spanning molecule to the ecosystem level, the activities within the Section focus on plant-environment interactions and soil processes which are fundamental drivers for the development of future systems for sustainable production of food and bio-materials. New methods and technologies for the study of mineral nutrient acquisition, plant nutritional metabolomics, isotope fingerprints, gas exchange, plant-induced rhizosphere modifications, soil nutrient bioavailability, fertilizer utilization and recycling of nutrients in organic waste are developed at the Section. Because of increased activity in the laboratories for elemental analysis - combined with a new project focusing on Phosphor/Calcium nanoparticles, PLEN - UCPH intends to purchase an extra ICP-MS that is the most efficient for these applications and can work with efficiently with existing analytical equipment. 2800000.00 Equipment type: 8900 ICP-MS. According to the European Parliament and Council Directive No. 2014/24/ EC, Article 32. 2, point b, the University of Copenhagen believes that there is only one supplier of a true qqq-ICP-MS. The qqq option is important for specific detection of P and Ca at very low concentrations. Combined with fast acquisition and the nano software module this gives us a unique opportunity to study nanoparticles in vivo.We have other ICP instruments from Agilent and therefore know there instruments and software well. This is important as we have very different and special application. 2018-02-08 Agilent Technologies Denmark Aps Produktionsvej 42, Bygning A, 1 sal, Glostrup 2600 +45 70130030 customercare_denmark@agilent.com www.agilent.com/chem 2800000.00 Klagenævnet for Udbud Dahlerups Pakhus, Langelinie Allé 17 København Ø 2100 +45 35291000 klfu@erst.dk http://www.klfu.dk A complaint against the contracting entity who, in accordance with the European Parliament and Council Directive No. 2014/24/EC, Article 32, has decided to award a contract without prior publication of a contract notice in the Official Journal of the European Union must,in accordance with the Danish act on enforcement of procurement rules, etc. § 7, para. 3, be filed to the Danish Public procurement Appeal Board within 30 calendar days from the day following the day on which a contract notice is published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
