NSB would like managed security services that can supply us with security operations centre services, including related technologies and implementation support, including but not limited to:
— Security monitoring solutions with capability of covering both Information technology and operational technology (“regular” IT systems, vehicle systems, SCADA, ICS systems),
— Incident response including coordination with other vendors and our main IT operations vendor’s security incident response team,
— Threat intelligence and proactive threat identification and reporting.
