The background for the procurement is the department's responsibility for initiatives for persons with a reduced ability to work and grants for single parents, as well as contributing to a competent workforce and high vocational participation through labour market policies. The procurement shall strengthen the knowledge basis for the use of the initiative ordinary education for persons with a reduced ability to work and education as an activity requirement for single parent grants.
