Public Organization “European
Humanities University” announces the tender for the purchase of Multilingual
Plagiarism Checking system.

General requirement for
the “Multilingual Plagiarism Checking
system”
The system should be an online service or stand-alone
package with the following functionality:
Checking for plagiarism in
the text documents in Russian, Belarusian, English and other languages;
System interface in Russian
language;
After checking process the
system offers a report which contains the list of plagiarism/borrowings
detected as well as the list of documents where that plagiarism was found (all
borrowings highlighted in the text) so that the teacher could analyze those
fragments.
The searching of borrowings
includes the Internet pages, a collection of the full texts of the Belarusian
and Russian thesis and abstracts (presented in Cyrillic) in the National
Library of Belarus and the Russian State Library, a collection of scientific
articles and publications of the Russian Science Citation Index presented in
eLIBRARY.RU, as well as the possibility of including in the area of
self-checking of the University collection of texts;
Integrating Software Module
of “Multilingual Plagiarism Checking system” in the Moodle system to find plagiarism;The number of required inspections
per year between 1000 and 5000. The term of the use of 1-2 years and separate
for additional 3th year.
System must be
installed on the computers of university employees, or to be given access to
the online system not later than the beginning of May 2017.
