Bergen municipality's framework agreement for leasing vehicles with a permitted total weight of up to 3.5 tons expires and a new framework agreement is needed.
The following services are included in the contract (the list is not exhaustive):
Administration of vehicles including, amongst other things, ordering new vehicles, administration of fuel cards, service, maintenance, repairs, replacement vehicles for breakdowns, damage regulation, insurance, tyre hotel, toll money scheme, sale/disposal of vehicles, comprehensive reporting to Bergen municipality and the operation of a database with all the necessary information. Furthermore Contributions, advice and input for developments in the vehicle area — including appropriate organisation of the municipality's total transport needs that shall be covered by the vehicles.
