Hammerfest kommune is planning a construction of a new school building for the primary and lower secondary school in Hammerfest.
The existing school building, Baksalen School, shall be replaced with a new school building. A draft project has been prepared for the new school building with a multi-user hall. The kindergarten shall be developed in the partnering contract, and is not included in the tender contest.
The further development of the project shall be implemented in a two-part contract:
Part 1: A preliminary project which shall be developed in partnering contract between the builder, contractors, consultants and architects.
Part 2: Detailed engineering design and implementation stage. The contract type is clarified in accordance with Part 1.
Alternative types of contracts are: partnering in the form of an incentive contract or an engineering, procurement and construction contract.
This procurement is for a contractor and consultants of all disciplines with exception of architects and landscape architects.
