Bodø municipality published a tender contest regarding award of assignments in connection with the development of a new control system for the municipality. The system shall be based on the use of SharePoint as a platform. In retrospect we find this to be a distortion of the competition and therefore cancel the tender contest, cf. §22-1 (1).
