The aim of the procurement is to remove the risk of negative affects on the outer environment from acute pollution resulting from a spill of diesel oil from the wreck of the Krasnoselsk. The removal of bunker oil can either be carried out by traditional oil emptying or removal of the entire wreck if this is considered to be the best measure in regards to the environment and costs.
