Stavanger municipality would like to pre-qualify contractors for a contract for the new Eiganes school. The aim of the pre-qualification is to ensure that the chosen contractor has the necessary competence and capacity to fulfil the contract. After the pre-qualification, the contracting authority will hold a restricted tender competition, in which pre-qualified contractors will be invited to submit a tender. The new Eiganes school shall include Eiganes school (1st-7th years) with a separate department for autistics (ESA), the French School and a local environment centre. The total area is approx. 7 080 m2.
The project has an estimated project cost of approx. 280 000 000 NOK including VAT. Contract cost approx. 160 000 000 NOK excluding VAT.
