Assignment text

When using an Electron Microscope in the optimal mode the limits of specimen preparation are visible. By using an optimal preparation of the sample it will be possible to use the optimal mode of the Electron Microscope and just the limitations of the experiments will be visible. CLEM techniques employ a reconstruction of cells prepared in the optimal way to render the impression it is still alive. By using the equipment in different workflows it is possible to get the optimal result from the recently purchased FEI – iCorr at CFIM.
