This Contract Award Notice only concerns Lot 1.
The procurement, which was published under contract notice no. 2022/S 145-414163, consisted of two contracts, both covering rent of Ku-Band satellite communication capacity on a full-time basis via one serving satellite.
The concerned satellite(s) shall facilitate communications between:
- the Danish Hub and ships operating in the North Atlantic Ocean (Lot 1)
- The Danish Hub and ships operating in the European Area (Lot 2). However, the tender of Lot 2 was cancelled and has since been re-tendered separately.
