Norsk sekvensierings senter (NSC) has sequencing instruments from Pacific Biosciences Inc. (PacBio). In order to reduce the downtime of the instruments, all the instruments have continuation service contracts, and all reagents associated with the activity have been provided by the specific instrument supplier. This notice is for the delivery of chemicals and kits for the PacBio Sequel system, which is a sequencing system that delivers long sequences (>1kb), particularly suitable for de-novo applications, detection of structural variation, etc. NSC would know like to enter into a framework agreement for 2 years, with an option for an extension for a further 1+1 year for the delivery of chemicals and kits for PacBio instruments with Pacific Biosciences Inc.
