Ruter wants to enter into a framework agreement with a supplier, which can cover Ruter's total need for pre- and post-testing. Ruter conducts a number of larger and smaller campaigns during the year. Campaigns target both existing and potential customers depending on their theme and message. Most campaigns of a certain extent are posttested, and we estimate that the annual number of post tests will be between 6 and 10. We do not yet have much experience with pretesting.
