Prior information notice.
Folkehelseinstituttet (the Norwegian Institute of Public Health) intends to enter into a contract with MSD (Norway) AS for delivery of the pneumococcal polysaccharide vaccine Pneumovax for adults in defined risk groups.
The contract will be entered into after procurement without a contest in accordance with Public Procurement Regulations §13-4 letter B.
The Norwegian Institute of Public Health aims to sign a contract shortly after the deadline in order to request temporary injunction in accordance with the procurement regulation §25-3 (10 days calculated from the day after this notice is published) has expired.
