Short description
The contracting authority wants to enter into an agreement with an independent, 3rd party company to perform Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), consisting of AC HiPot and PD tests (150 kV), on five cable systems. Each cable system must successfully pass the SATs prior to commissioning.
