Kolumbus intends to enter into new contracts for scheduled services by express boat in Ry County and in the route Stavanger–Byøyene–Usken/Hommersåk commencing 1 January 2023. Kolumbus plans to announce the contest in summer 2021. The route area that is planned to be exposed to competition consists of routes in the municipalities of Sauda, Suldal, Vindafjord, Stavanger, Hjelmeland, Strand, Kvitsøy and Sandnes.
The purpose of the dialogue conference is to obtain input from the actors din the market in order to find the best solutions for the customers, and in order to facilitate the tender documentation in such a manner that it ensure a good contest.
