The contract comprises operational and maintenance assignments, with function responsibility for some of the assignments, on county roads, and county foot/bicycle paths with associated side facilities, side areas, equipment and installations in Skien, Porsgrunn, Bamble, Kragerø og Drangedal municipalities in accordance with the road list provided in chapter D2-V1 and D2-S20.
