The Danish Ministry of Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organization (DALO) is looking for information about how to structure a possible future tender on various products for our textile workshops.
The purpose of this request for information is to understand how the best possible tender and contract can be arranged both for DALO and for the suppliers.
The scope of the tender is expected to include the following categories in non-prioritized order.
A) Woven fabrics in different qualities;
— some PU coated and durable water repellent (DWR) treated;
— some flame retardant;
— some with low infra-red (IR) reflection/signature.
B) PVC cloth;
— PVC cloths in different matte colours;
— some with low infra-red (IR) reflection/signature.
C) Braided elastic line 3/12 mm, polyester or polyamide braided;
— typically black, olive green or white
D) Cords, lines and ropes in varying materials and thicknesses for different applications.
E) Hook and loop fastener;
— high quality products in different colours, Widths 10/100 mm;
— possibility of adhesive back.
F) Webbing and tape Woven in varying materials for different applications, widths 10/100 mm.
