Short description

The system is intended for slot-die coating of organic, hybrid and inorganic thin films, ranging from few tens to several hundred of nanometers in thickness, which are used in the development of novel thin film solar cells and modules. Precision in the coating, leading to high quality thin films with maximum coating control and minimum non-uniformities and defects over the specified area, is key in this process and thus in this tender.
