Short description
The aim of the procurement is to establish several parallel framework agreements for technical support for 7 different disciplines.
Parallel framework agreements will be signed with 2 to 3 tenderers per framework agreement discipline, provided that there is a sufficient number of suitable tenderers.
Tenderers can submit a tender for 1, several or all of the framework agreements. The contracting authority will carry out separate evaluations for each framework agreement.
The framework agreement disciplines:
1) Project management and project planning;
2) Technical support;
3) Impact assessments and planning and development cases for construction projects;
4) Establishment of prerequisites and handling requirements within NND's areas of responsibility;
5) Establish processes and facilities for secure waste management and storing used fuel;
6) Planning and implementing decommissioning;
7) Operation and preparations for the 'Safe Enclosure' of KLDRA.
The technical support will consist of both shorter and longer assignments and will be connected to assignments with varying complexity and scope.
