The aim of the framework agreement is to have access to IT equipment and accompanying services on defined and agreed terms and reasonable price terms in a resource and time-saving way for the Directorate of Education throughout the contract period. The framework agreement shall be a tool in the IT Operations and User Support Department´s work and areas of responsibility. This shall again be an aid and support the Directorate of Education´s areas of responsibility. All the entities in the Directorate of Education shall be able to use the framework agreement.
