Harstad kommune is developing a port area at Rødskjær, approx. 33 kilometres south of central Harstad. The planning programme (attached) describes increased need for several seaside commercial areas. An expansion of approx. 850 decares to a total of 1 000 decares. The expansion will occur by placing fill in the ocean, from excess masses from road projects on E10 and the Norwegian Coastal Administration's dredging project in Tjeldsund.
This inquiry is about ground surveys on land and at sea at Rødskjær, and we want a price on performing field and laboratory works and data reporting in connection with the ground surveys.
The area currently consists of industry activity, port/quay and an area for a cemetery so that access is easily accessible.
