Tender documentation for a hearing: Helse Vest shall enter into a new framework agreement for invasive pressure sets for adults, invasive pressure sets for neonatal/paediatrics, non-machine dependent blood gas syringes with and without cannulas. We would like feedback on the provisional draft for parts of the tender documentation, including: Requirement Specifications, Price Form and Competition Terms. We would particularly like feedback on: Potential suppliers who do not fulfil the stated minimum requirements, unreasonable or incorrect requirements, errors in volume and any other information given in the tender documentation that the Contracting Authority ought to be informed of.
