Bergen municipality, (hereafter called the Contracting Authority), shall procure an electronic quality system for use in all of Bergen municipality. We aim to procure a ready developed system. The system shall be able to function as the municipality's central system for all quality work that is carried out at all levels in all units and departments. The system must be able to be adapted to the organisation and adapted to each unit's requirements.
