Cuttings shall be established with a portaling area for a tunnel for the Haramsfjord and Nogvafjord tunnel at Haramsøya and Skuløya/Flemsøy in Haram municipality. The site is a part of county road 659 Nordøyvegen which will provide a mainland connection to Lepsøya, Haramsøya, Skuløya/Flemsøya, Fjørtofta Harøya and Finnøya.
