Project management — the Non-Schengen expansion
The contract includes a project management group for phase 2 of the project. The project management group is defined as the project's top management, including supporting functions. The group shall contain a Project director, assistant managing project director, area managers, project managers and staff supporting functions. The assignment period will stretch from October/November 2017 until the project is completed in 2022.
