Statens pensjonskasses (SPK) holds approx. 300 courses each year on pensions for SPK's member companies and their employees. The courses vary in length and are arranged nationwide.
SPK provides most of the subject content through its own employees. However, in most of the longer courses, which often run over several days, the course department uses external lecturers in addition, who hold lectures within health, law and finance.
SPK would like access to an agency service for procuring lecturers. A possible and desirable system is that the agency offers to procure the lecturers. This must happen in such as way that the agency does not work up its own stock of lecturers, but establishes good routines for finding alternative lecturers who can meet the need — both as regards content and capacity.
We would like to use this market survey to map suppliers who have such a service — or who are interested in establishing such a service.
