This tender is regarding a contract for purchase of electricity for grid losses in Cerius A/S. According to the Utilities Directive 2014/25/EF from 26. February 2014, section 23, the tender is not subject to tender, as the purchase concerns delivery of electricity to an ordering party who is subject to the Utilities Directive section 9, clause 1.
The estimated quantity of grid losses is approximately:
- Grid loss of 200 GWh/yearly in DK2
- Grid loss of 1 GWh/yearly regarding Sprogø in DK1.
The contract period is from 1. january 2025 to 31. december 2026.
