Rogaland County and Kolumbus AS, hereinafter also referred to as the Contracting Authority, invite to a competition for a framework agreement for the purchase of AV and video conferencing equipment with service and support.
The Contracting Authority will choose one tenderer for the entire framework agreement. Rogaland County and Kolumbus AS are independent legal objects and will sign separate contracts with the winner of the competition.
