• Infrastructure/ Basic Operation (incl. HW, OS and storage)
• Data Center hosting
• Network Operation (WAN/LAN,WLAN)
• Desktop management
• License management (tools and functionality)
• Servicedesk
• Operational Service integration
Within all service domains, the Customer is looking to buy fully managed, “all inclusive” services.
