Short description
The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with a consultant manager for management of resources for consultancy assistance and assignments, primarily in IT. The contract will ensure that Skatteetaten (the Norwegian Tax Administration) gets access to capacity and expertise for development assignments.
The framework agreement for consultant management will be a supplement to the framework agreements for consultancy services entered into with suppliers within 14 sub-areas.
