Målselv Municipality, c/o Technical Unit, hereafter called the contracting authority, will carry out a preliminary project for the demolition and construction, alternatively renovation of the Bardufoss Hall at Rustahøgda. The contract also includes the development of Gimlehallen in Øverbygd. Måselv Municipality also needs a technical condition report for Polarbadet.
